This product works very well. the only thing I didnt like was that dust and stuff could still get under the screen. however it works very well to hold the ipod while working out, and the belt clip is very good for just wearing it on a pair of shorts.

I bought the other pieces of crap armband by Belkin and this is the only that is worth anything. Keeps ipod from direct contact with arm. And does not have the crappy bar that broke on the previous 2. Also features a new “latch” system that really keeps armband in place for most part.

To be fair to this product…I am using it with an 80 gig classic ipod. It isn’t specifically designed for this older ipod.
PROS: The wheel still works! It has a clip that clips on to the armband, so it doesn’t rest directly on my arm (bounces around a little less). The clip can also can clip onto a belt so it’s dual purpose.
CONS: Barely fits my 80 GIG Ipod & it’s ugly! I like to use it as a case without the armband when I’m not exercising and this unit is CLUMSY as a holder (slippery, sinc cable barely fits). The top of the unit does not cover ipod so dirt and stuff can easily get in.
I really miss my Belkin rubber/silicone holder and will switch back to that again soon.

The convoluted closure mechanism is unnecesary. Go for other products that have a simple velcro closure.
