Question by : How do I get my Ipod to connect to my computer?
When I plug my Ipod into my computer it brings up a screen that says Apple Ipod then says camera connected, and asks if I want to use Kodak EasyShare or other picture processing locations. I can’t figure out how to get it to connect to my Itunes. I’ve plugged my Ipod in then opened Itunes, I’ve opened Itunes then plugged in my Ipod. I don’t know what else to do. Someone please help me.

what system are you operating on(XP, WIN & etc.) your computer and do you have explorer firefox etc.?

@theantigamer sync to itunes. Turn ipod off completely. Hit jailbreak and then thats it.

@SapoDude first upgrade to 5.01 and then jailbreak otherwise if u upgrade after the jailbreak ur phone will restore itself and the phone will become “Unjailbroken” hope that helps

@503chicano I found out how it works, before clicking jailbreak click on extras then select IPSW and browse for the firmware 5.0.1 you downloaded. Everything will work after that!

when the thing comes up that asks if you want to use kodak easyshare there should be a browse option and browse to itunes if not than hit do nothing and it should auto-connect to itunes if not than you could try uninstalling kodak easy share to if it works with that and before uninstalling try my 1st two suggestions and try it on a different computer to see if its the ipod or computer
